Kettle Sour

Twenty Hour Blueberry Kettle Sour is a sour beer made with bacteria and treated like it doesn’t deserve anything, so the sour taste can really develop. Brewed with Montana Two Row, white wheat and acidulated malt. This beer was soured in the kettle for 20 hrs with a culture of Lactobacillus that produces a tartness. After primary fermentation it was aged on 50lbs of Blueberry puree for two weeks.
