Robust Coffee Porter
This iconic beer’s rich, robust flavor comes from Maris Otter pale malt, flaked barley, pale chocolate malt, black malt, and brown malt. Chinook and Cascade hops are added to the boil, which brings bitterness that balances out the sweetness from the malts. After fermentation, we add 5lbs of local Firetower Ethiopian coffee beans to the fermenter. The fresh locally roasted coffee beans add a unique and complex aroma and taste.
