This kettle sour we ramped up the tartness to make it the perfect beer for the upcoming heatwave! The beer is soured in the boil kettle with Lactobacillus until we hit a desired PH and then boiled again to remove the bacteria. The first taste will leave you puckered but coming back for more. Try a taste before its gone.
